In 2013 Jeremy Mogford decided to sponsor a brand new short story prize which had to specifically relate to the subject of food, drink or both. It is called the Mogford Prize for Food and Drink Writing and we will be inviting entries from November this year for our ninth edition. An entry fee of £15 per story is paid when entering our competition. Every year we invite two guest judges to join Jeremy in choosing the winner of the £10,000 award.
