Launch Your Hospitality Career in Oxford

The Oxford Collection is an independent group of two five-star hotels and three stunning restaurants, all based in central Oxford. The 35 bedroom Old Parsonage Hotel personifies country house style, while Old Bank Hotel is a bold statement in design on the High Street with 43 rooms. Dressed with extraordinary art, both properties are steeped in history.

For dining, Parsonage Grill is all about British classics in a bohemian-like setting, while Quod Restaurant & Bar, set in the Old Bank, is large and busy with daily-changing specials. The group also comprises Gees Restaurant & Bar, housed in Oxford’s famous Victoria glasshouse. Gees brings southern Mediterranean flavours to life throughout the conservatory, its recently launched garden terrace and private events venue, Gees Gallery.
