If you are a recent graduate looking for that perfect role to kickstart your career, then we may have a management or trainee management role with your name on it. We don’t take a ‘one size fits all’ approach so, while we may not have an official graduate programme like larger, more corporate companies, there could be exciting roles which graduates may see as the ideal step into management after finishing university. Our hotel car parks have limited spaces and are for guests only. All our hotels and restaurants are centrally located in Oxford, so many of our employees walk or cycle to work. We are adjacent to the train station, Park & Ride stops, and all main bus routes. We also have bike storage for those who cycle to work.

We don’t provide any staff accommodation. However, we know the city very well, and are always on hand to offer advice on relocating to Oxford. We can put you in touch with local letting agencies who will help you find a room, flat or house to rent.

One size doesn’t fit all, and this will largely depend on you and what you want your career progression to look like. For some, that might mean working your way up from Commis Chef to Head Chef. For another, that may be a sideward move from Receptionist to joining our Sales and Events team.
