Our brand new Family InSpires Package

Meet Colin… The Oxford Collection’s official teddy bear, finally enjoying some well-deserved teatime…

A week ago we handed the reins over to our subscribers to name our new mascot for The Oxford Collection. ‘Colin’… the winning entry submitted by Kelly from the USA, was chosen by Jeremy in ode to Colin Dexter OBE, the famed English crime writer known for the Inspector Morse series of novels. As the prize for her fitting entry, just in time for Easter, Kelly wins a luxury night’s stay with us at Old Bank, or our sister hotel, Old Parsonage, on our brand new Family InSpires package… or should she so wish to leave the family behind, perhaps on our wellness experience… but we will leave that up to her.

In the spirit of spring, our two independent hotels have officially launched a brand new Family InSpires package with a beautiful children’s gift pack featuring luxury wooden toys, and our new mascot teddy bear, Colin…

Our new Family InSpires package will be available to guests staying at our collection’s two five-star hotels; Old Bank Hotel and Old Parsonage Hotel from spring 2022. Perfect for families of three*, the package includes an overnight stay at either of our hotels, with milk and homemade biscuits on turndown.

The Oxford Collection has partnered with toy brand, Happy Little Folks, to present a luxurious wooden tea set and set of balancing stones. Children will get to choose which Happy Little Folks toy they would like as a keepsake of their trip to Oxford on arrival. Our specially curated children’s welcome pack also includes our new teddy bear, choice of colouring pencils or crayons, a stunning ‘Oxford Colouring Book’, and a wooden yoyo.

Guests will also benefit from free parking and unlimited Wi-Fi, in addition to a complimentary morning paper, use of the hotel’s brand-new bicycles, exclusive resident’s library, board games and children’s books.

For guests of the Old Bank Hotel, breakfast in Quod Restaurant & Bar is included and, for Old Parsonage Hotel guests, breakfast in Parsonage Grill.

The Family InSpires package is available to book all-year-round, subject to availability, and all of The Oxford Collection’s restaurants have a children’s menu to select from. 24-hour room service is also available.
